From the producers of Bill Nye the Science Guy comes Biz Kid$, an award-winning comprehensive financial literacy program. Free, Fun, Interactive Session! Kids and parents can learn about:
Money and business skills
How to write a business plan
How to create a successful business plan

This event will be open to the public and feature special guest speakers and a performance by the League of Extraordinary Scientists and a hands-on activity.

We'll measure circumferences and diameters, sing Pi carols, then eat Julian pie. The tastiest math lesson you'll ever have. Bring the family or drop off your students to explore a different topic or theme each month. Children under 5 must be chaperoned by an adult at all times. Russian and Swedish speakers provided. Free event.

Open to California students in grades K-12.
Teams of 8 students collectively solve 25 3x3 Rubik's Cubes in the fastest time. Students on registered teams can compete in a solo competition
Solo Competition: Students from registered teams can compete for the fastest solo time solving a 3x3 Rubik’s Cube.

Visit The New Children's Museum's Innovators Lab and take on the design challenge, "Can you make a balancing sculpture?"
During this workshop, you will work with a Teaching Artist to make custom tops made out of wax using a Nova Comet Midi-Lathe!
Learn about how the design process works, how to make something go from 2D to 3D, and what is subtractive sculpture.

Super STEM Saturday is designed to expose and engage kids of all ages and their families to the diverse and exciting fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics, known as the STEM disciplines. The brainchild of The Classical Academies and held in partnership with CSUSM, Super STEM Saturday has grown into a popular North County event that draws over 7,000 science enthusiasts each year to the university campus.
