Learn how favorite songs affect brain activity and how hands-on art experiences contribute to general health and well-being. What was the song you danced to at your wedding? The song your mom used to hum or the song you listened to with friends in college?

Culture, Climate & Communication

From leadership visioning to day-to-day operations and interpersonal interactions, communication is at the core of everything we do in schools, and has the power to make or break culture and climate. Yet it's rare that we talk about it explictly. This workshop will give you the chance to do that by visually mapping how communications flow through your system while learning with others as they do the same. You'll be amazed to discover how even just one change can dramatically impact productivity, engagement and your overall culture.
